Mike Eddy specializes in Office and Industrial Transactions, with his primary target market in the northern regions of Utah. Since starting his career in Commercial Real Estate, Mike has reached milestones at record setting paces in Acquisitions and Leasing Transactions. His record setting pace has advanced him to form Economic Development Partnerships, and a high level of involvement with various Chambers of Commerce. His endeavors have also led to close working relationships with many of the University’s officials, along with many local, city, and statewide government officials. Further expanding his opportunities outside of Utah and exploring the many possibilities of Commercial Real Estate.
Background & Experience
Before entering into the world of Commercial Real Estate, Mike Eddy specialized in the Logistics Industry, where he set record numbers brokering freight at an unprecedented pace. Learning the many local, national, and international routes for supply and demand, working with Freight in Truckload, LTL, Parcel, Cold, Intermodal, and GCS services. Prior to his start in Logistics, Mike’s professional career began as an Estimator and Account Specialist in the Commercial Mechanical Industry. This provided him a solid foundation to learn the necessary fundamentals about the architectural structures, engineering, and mechanical knowledge in Office, Industrial, Retail, Commercialized Buildings & Land.
