  • E-mail Broadcasts
  • Basic Accounting
  • Assisting Management and Agents with Tasks
  • Typing
  • Office errands/deposits
  • Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous Office Management Experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization skills
  • Team player with exceptional multi-tasking capabilities
  • Able to stay on task and meet deadlines
  • Time management
  • Self-Starter
  • Outgoing/Friendly
  • Brainstorming/Idea Development

Compensation & Hours

  • Pay based on experience.
  • 30 – 40 Hours per week. Start time 8:30 a.m.
  • No weekends, evenings or holidays.
