Mark is a seasoned veteran in the commercial real estate business with more than twenty-six year’s of experience. An integral part of Mark’s business involves the assessment of the local market, an interaction with the local brokerage community, and his continued relationships with owners of office buildings and companies doing
business in the Salt Lake Metropolitan area.
Background & Experience
For several years Mark has been involved in the “value added” elements of a program he developed for representing tenants with their office space needs, and owners of office buildings with space to lease. Mark is capable of representing both owners of real estate and companies looking to lease space.
A number of attributes separate Mark from other competitors in the commercial real estate market including: his untiring efforts in working with clients, his ability and desire to maintain continuous contact with clients through real-time and interactive communication via the internet, his ability to introduce and match the appropriate decision makers, and his ability to efficiently translate the “wants” and “needs” across the negotiating table and satisfy all stakeholders.
Mark has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from The University of Utah in Political Science. With a Certificate of International Relations from the University of Utah. Mark is affiliated with the Downtown Alliance, Utah Technology Council, Mountain West Capital Network, Young Architects Association, Chamber of Commerce, Primary Children’s Medical Center (charity of choice), and CCIM continuing education.
